Directions

Take Exit 201 – Silverthorne off I-70. Head north on Highway 9 for 3 miles. You’ll pass an elementary school on the right, continue for another mile. As the landscape opens up, you will see the Summit Sky Ranch entry monument on the left. Turn left at the monument onto Maryland Creek Lane. Continue up Maryland Creek Lane following the signs for the Sales Office. You will come to a ‘T’ junction at the top of Maryland Creek Lane. Take a left onto Maryland Creek Road. Follow Maryland Creek Road for approximately 0.5 mile and turn left at Lund Way. The Sales Office will be the first home on your left.
