Summit Sky Ranch Announces 19 Sales
in the First Quarter

Sales at Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado continued to soar through the winter season, with 19 new sales contracts for $17 million in the first quarter of 2016. In total, Summit Sky Ranch has sold 48 homes and cabins for $54 million since it launched sales on September 19, 2015.
